If we act for you on a No Win No Fee basis with legal expenses insurance cover, then – as long as you co-operate with the claim – you will not have to pay us a penny if the claim fails. If the claim succeeds, then the most you would have to pay towards our charges would be 25% of your compensation, and it may be substantially less than this (especially if a serious brain injury has been suffered).

The only exception to this would be if you have been injured as a result of a criminal assault or have been injured by an untraced driver, in which case the percentage may be higher.
